Public Offer for Paid Information Services

The Contractor provides paid information services in the Service: vacancy promotion, access to contact details of CVs in the Service database, and subscription plans with extended limits. The services are informational and aimed at assisting recruitment.

Registration, vacancy posting and receiving applications are free of charge. Contacts of candidates who applied to the Customer's vacancy are provided free of charge.

Paid services are provided via the web version of the Service. No paid features or purchases are available in the mobile applications.

Vacancy promotion (priority display in search results with visual highlighting) — 50 000 UZS for 30 calendar days.

Access to CV contact details: the first 20 unlocks per calendar month are free (basic plan); further unlocks — 10 000 UZS per CV. An unlocked contact remains available for 30 calendar days.

Prices are in Uzbek soums and are not subject to VAT due to the Contractor's tax regime. Current prices are published in the Service; the price effective at the moment of activation applies.

Plans valid for 30 calendar days are available: "Business" — 300 000 UZS (100 contact unlocks per month and 5 vacancy promotions); "Premium" — 700 000 UZS (300 unlocks and 20 promotions). The basic plan is free and includes 20 unlocks per month.

Unused limits do not carry over to the next period and are not compensated in cash.

Payments are made cashlessly by topping up the personal account balance via the Payme payment system. The minimum top-up is 10 000 UZS. The service price is debited from the balance upon ordering.

A fiscal receipt is issued for each payment in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on online cash registers; the receipt is available in the payment system services.

The balance is a prepayment for the Contractor's services, is not electronic money and is not transferable to third parties.

A service is deemed duly provided upon its activation in the Service: priority display of the vacancy (promotion), disclosure of contact details (CV unlock), activation of a plan.

The parties recognise the Contractor's system records (Service logs) as proper evidence of the fact and time of service provision.

Unless the Customer sends a substantiated claim within three business days of provision, the service is deemed accepted without objections.

The Contractor may issue promo codes credited to the Customer's balance and accrue a bonus of 20 000 UZS for each new user registered via the Customer's referral link. Bonus funds may be used only to pay for Service services and are non-withdrawable and non-refundable. Abuse (self-invitations, fake registrations) results in cancellation of bonuses.

The unused balance topped up with real funds is refundable upon the Customer's written request sent to info@nxtop.uz with the payer's details. The refund is made to the account (card) used for payment within ten business days of receipt of the request; payment system fees, if withheld, are not refunded by the Contractor.

The cost of services actually provided (activated promotion, unlocked contacts, activated plan) is non-refundable, except where the service was not provided through the Contractor's fault.

Bonus and promotional credits are non-refundable.

The Contractor guarantees the functionality of the paid service but does not guarantee any specific recruitment result (views, applications, hiring), as such result depends on circumstances beyond the Contractor's control.

The Contractor's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Customer for the services giving rise to the claim.

The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure (natural disasters, acts of authorities, large-scale failures of communication networks or power supply), subject to notification of the other party within a reasonable time.

The Offer is effective from publication in the Service until revoked by the Contractor. The Contractor may amend the Offer and prices; amendments take effect upon publication and do not apply to services paid for before they take effect.

The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved via the claim procedure (response time — fifteen business days) and, failing agreement, by the court at the Contractor's location.
